We are proud to announce that Ballymore have chosen Sablono as their Digital Construction Execution Platform for the Mill Harbour Residential Development in London. In Phase I of the project on the Isle of Dogs in the East London, 937 residential apartments will be built as part of the overall development of 1,500 new homes, 2 new schools and 63,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
The Sablono Platform will be used to monitor and analyse the execution of the complete project delivery including substructure, superstructure, envelope production and installation as well as fit-out of the units. The goal is to ensure high efficiency and high quality of the execution based on detailed project controls and seamless digital task management across all companies and parties involved resulting in the perfect capture of information for the Golden Thread in the construction phase.
