We are proud to announce that Sablono has officially been contracted to become the digital delivery platform for the execution of the 235 meters tower One Sydney Harbour Residences Two in the award-winning waterfront precinct, Barangaroo in Australia.
With the successful cooperation between Lendlease and Sablono happening next door on the execution of 316 apartments in the first tower of the scheme, the team working on R2 decided to utilise Sablono’s Construction Execution System for the delivery of yet another 322 luxury homes inside this iconic architectural masterpiece designed by Renzo Piano.
“Looking at the complexity of this tower with more than 130,000 construction activities across fitout, finishes and façade works, we knew that real-time project controls and streamlined execution workflows are key to a successful project delivery. The Sablono Platform enables us to establish digital workflows for daily production management, quality control as well as data analytics and decision making in close collaboration with our supply chain partners and all subcontractors working on the job, both onsite and off-site”, says Alex Hatzi, Senior Project Engineer at Lendlease.
With more than 1,200 workers involved in the project, Residences Two is set for completion in early 2024. The overall Lendlease development of three luxury towers is expected to complete by 2025, coinciding with the completion of Sydney Metro and its dedicated station at Barangaroo.
